I have had a pre approved loan application from 29 December 2015. After sending through all supporting documents I haven't had feedback since. I did call 2 days back and was told this matter was escalated and was promised to receive a call but nothing had happen. Please rather not advertise on specials with loans and guaranteed better rates when you fail to deliver. This is more the reason why I do not bank with Absa and have taken my business elsewhere.
