*********** Response for ABSA Paid up Letter

Seems as if this forum/website is my last hope of getting a response from the institution this is directed at.

I have requested on numerous occasions for a paid up letter for my credit card that I have with ABSA. I have had a response saying 'please see attached' with no attachment so a reply was sent and no further reply was received.

The date after payment was made, I received a statement from ABSA acknowledging the payment made but showing a balance of +-R31.00 which is false since I paid against the settlement letter received from them and within the timeline they stated on the letter.

I will not be paying anything further and all I request is for the paid up letter to be sent to me timeously or at least a phone call to explain the delay.
