On the 6 Dec i went to purchase a phone from PEP cell and the transaction of R299 went out twice and i was advised by the lady from PEP to go to the bank with the receipt to reverse the transaction. I went to the ABSA branch on Saturday 9 Dec and i was advised to call the credit card division because i have used credit card to purchase and they cannot help. On Monday 11 Dec i called the division to claim the money back and i was referred back to PEP store. PEP store referred me back to the bank as they dont have money in their account. I called the bank to find out where my money is, whether is in my account or at PEP because i didn't get a notice of returned transaction. I spoke to the lady by the name of Caroline Lebello and she said i should go to PEP and ask why i didn't get a "notify me" from my bank, which im expect to hear that from my own trusted bank. so im being taken from pillar to post.

Dear customer
Kindly advice whether the account used was for Absa or Pep?
I checked on your Absa account and could not find that specific purchase
