My brother has vaf with absa he owns taxis and since covid the business is not doing well he has been paying monthly without fail and he called the collection team to have the instalment reduced he sent all relevant documents as requested from the bank and it was communicated that his request was approved only to be called two months later that his paying an incorrect amount and his in arrears of R15000 he was given a number *** to have the issue resolved but the number rings with no answer im so disappointed
