I have requested information regarding my home and home loan several times over the last couple of weeks. Not once have I received a reply other than the case reference number. Even when I reply with the case number, my emails remain unanswered. The only way to get answers is if you go into a bank and ask the information to an employee, and that is if you are lucky that they are able to assist you with the request.
