***********... bad service Absa bank

<p>I was drawing on the ATM a month ago and ATM took my card and the 5000 i was drawing i dint get as well. I went to Absa to report it.they asked me to go to the police station and do affidavit since I didn't get slip on the ATM,I did and went back to the bank. I was give the case number and they said in 9 days must come back. I did and still was nothing. I went again after after weeks later still nothing. I went there yesterday and I was told they sent me a letter but I never receive any letter or email from them. They could see the ATM went off during withdrawal all I want is my refund not letter. They don't even communicate with me whatsoever poor service when it comes to follow up am so tired going there for nothing wasting my time and petrol. I know the main problem is the head office because is where they are getting instructions and so forth. That head office work on my nerve and so ****** am telling you. </p>
