*********** and as misleading as ever

And absa is at it again.... Since my last complaint with absa I still have yet to receive answers and I've moved to capitec now. 3 months with them and not one problem. Maybe absa should take a page outta their book because today after not even dealing with absa for all these months I get a call to set up a payment arrangement.

I already have a payment arrangement with them though while absa staff are "investigating" what happened. Anyway now they claim that my initial arrangement only covered the credit card and personal loan. And not the overdraft

Just shows how misinformed and *********** they are because I never set up an arrangement on the loan. It was so low I just paid it off. Now they try alter their own agreement by saying I misunderstood. Always the other party at fault. Never themselves....

The gentleman pressured me to say when I'll pay. And in all honesty I think they must just take it further. I could go the route of getting a consolidation loan from a decent bank to pay these leaches and ******* off. But wondering if I should even bother as they are seriously like a fatal disease, pretty much impossible to get rid of

Maybe they're struggling hence why they keep tryna ***** money and driving away customers who were previously loyal for an estimated 16 years or so
