*********** ABSA CAN

I am currently with absa for my vehicle finance. Absa is a bank that I loved and respected until this week. Last week I was called by a gentleman telling me that I have not paid for my vehicle since March or end of March.... He didn't even try to give me an opportunity to talk he just said i need to pay 28000 or they will repossess my car. As stressed as I have been I went running up and down looking for loans to try and pay this amount. Only after some few days when I went thru my online payments did I notice that actually I have been paying absa and what that man said was incorrect. The only thing I did was that last month instead of paying 5000 i paid 3000 and I do not think that should qualify me for a repossession. I tried talking to the consultant I was previously talking to with regards to my account and the mistake on thier side.... sent proof of payments but nothing in fact the consultant is not even boarded. Eventally now as we speak im talking to the same guy who wants to reposses my car... he has all the proof of payments. This has really shown me that Absa's consultants are really ***********,to think that my car was almost repossessed because of lazy ppl that are not doing the job they getting paid to do.
