I've recently changed my account from Savings to cheque. Absa is the most *********** bank I've ever come across. Every small change needs to be done in branch. I've been to the branch twice to have my card activated for online purchase. Each time I'm told it's sorted yet I'm still struggling to purchase with with my card online. Please train your staff, I'm tired of making trips to the branch with no resolve
