<p>Hi,<br />I received my absa new card on Thursday, gave the driver all the required paper work, i tried to use the card only to find out that the card doesn't work. I have tried calling ABSA more than 10 times only to be told different stories, one of the consultant advised me to go to the branch since it was a new application. Went to the bank this morning,to no avail.I have even contacted the fica department because one of the consulted said the hold is with the fica department but the Fica said everything is fine on their side i need to call the card division again.<br />I'm so frustrated Absa has wasted my time and my money, IF i knew all of this was going to happen i would have gone to another institution that takes their customers seriously.<br /><br /></p>
