I am very disappointed by the service I received or didn’t receive from ABSA Norwood, I’ve been going to the bank for the past 3 days to sort out my online banking but each day I’m told a different story, I’ve had to refica my account, delete the app today I spent 6 hours at the bank & they were still not able to assist. I had to close the account I’ve had for 15 years I couldn’t take your abuse & incompetence anymore good bye to this ******* bank with it high bank charges.
