Incompetency at Absa

<p>I have a personal loan with Absa and i have been paying it without problems, and i started a new job where by my pay day changed so i called Absa loans to change my debit date, it has been 4 months now with the same problem, every month they try to debit on the date which i changed and when they dont get money i'm charged for late payment, can someone at Absa do his or her job and change my debit date as requested, im really tired of calling Absa loans each and every month trying to fix the same problem again and again and on top of that i'm being charged pernalties for late payments.</p>
