Incompetence: falsifying credit bureau records

My personal loan account is paid by debit order on the last day of every month. However, for the month of March/April, my the account is falsely reflecting as 1 month in arrears across all credit bureaus (Experian, Transunion, etc) and that’s not true because the debit order went off!

You need to fix this with the credit bureaus immediately because there is no missed payment!! I called your collections department and they’ve confirmed that the account is not in arrears!

Resolution: I want the arrears to be removed from credit bureau as though they never happened to begin with because they DID NOT HAPPEN!!!

This is the second time having issues with this account within a space of a few weeks.

If you guys are not competent enough to run a bank then just close shop.
