Incompetence beyond belief

Absa short term insurance - total incompetence. We had a flood in December 2019. We are still trying to get repairs done and there is no indication of when this will happen. Going around in circles and nothing is happening. One assessment after the other with no outcome. My telephone bill to them is running into hundreds of rands. To top it all, the contractors they are appointing to do repairs are just as bad.
