Incompetence at ABSA

ABSA BANK It's now 4 weeks to get an account at ABSA FICA. It's unexcepted for anyone to wait this long to get action from the bank. How can we go forward in this country if the small things cannot get done? They are not even responding to any email. Pathetic from a bank that wants your money. I'm giving them 12 hours to get it sorted or else I will escalate this to get lawyers involved.
