Incompetence

Without any notice to client they decided to hand my account to LGR attorneys,whereas I had notified them of unauthorized/Cancelled review on my account. LGR attorneys (Ahanise)made contact with me and we agreed on 60% immediate payment of which I did few minutes after the call and sent proof of payment to LGR,the next day I recieve a letter of demand with a different instruction and threatening to take legal action if full amount is not paid. Such an inconvenience and unreliable bank,had been with this bank for years and now I feel otherwise about their conduct,wouldn't recommend to anyone
