Incompetence

This is the only platform i get reaction so sorry but here we go again!! After i closed my absa account due to extremely bad service i notify absa vehicle finance of my new bank details to change my debit order. They could not just do the changeover smoothly and i had to assist them with hello peter complaints to help them in the right direction. By the way i had to do the same with the process to close my account as they could also not manage that process without assistance. Now we are hopefully at the last end of the battle! I have now missed a vehicle payment due to their incompetence and have to do a simple eft. So much drama and phone calls, emails Whatsapp from absa in fear that i am running away. ABSA im not running away. In none of your communication did you include your banking details for me to do a eft! Did you know that it is impossible to do a eft without banking details?????? Now let me ask you very nicely. Kindly provide banking details for me to pay your money or it will lead to the end of the world judging by the amount of phone calls emails Whatsapp and sms i received. I am surprised that you didn't send the police to my house yet. For your information!!! To
