Incompetancy of Absa Bonds.

I have sold my property and the buyers bond was approved within days with Nedbank. All documents were lodged on the 2 March 2015.I can also mention that ABSA summonsed to repossess our property due to bond payment arrears,because of retrenchment. Conveyancing Attorneys are Tim Du Toit Attorneys and we deal with Beorn Uys. To date ABSA has not given any instruction to the conveyancing for cancellation of my bond. This has now resulted in both parties experiencing financial outlay. This is unacceptable and highly unprofessional. Registration would have been on the 7th of April2015 and as to date we have not even been notified to sign any documentation from ABSA.<br> I will not recommend ABSA to Anybody not even my enemy.And will never make use of any products or services from ABSA whatsoever<br> Dantri Groenewald
