incompetance

I have had an account that has been settled a while ago and has been advised by a banker in the bruma area that there is a credit amount on the amount that is why i still receive notifications thereof and i will need to go to the branch to get the amount transferred to an active account and get the other closed off, went into the branch and cashier does not know the difference between credit and debt and closed off the account without my knowledge.. if this is how the bank opperates with dishonesty, how could one believe that your money is safe, and within capable hands. Now after the account is closed they advised that no one can view any transactions within the account all thanks to an incompetant employee, who acted on his own accord, without proper acknoledgement from myself to close off account
