incompetance

Iv been thrice at my local ABSA branch and everytime they have faild 2 perform a simple task like registration 4 cell phone banking. Iv waisted numerous waiting in que's and only 2 find im still not registerd. Iv been employed by them in da past and even I would able 2 do this if they allowed me 2 use their system. Has it come 2 this now that customers have 2 perform the that incompetant staff 2 stupid 2 do?
