inaprropriate deceit
Yesterday have purchased vehicle at absa repossed vehicle. It was stc they called me following day. Made a payment refused to provide me with Absa business registration certificate. One cannot register the vehicle. Whils one is registered with Auction Operation yet they they fail to administer client with appropriate documents. After having spent several hours ro no avail.
