Inappropriate deceit

Complete inappropriate deceit. My credit card has been paid up completely. And I still got debited for R1000. Last month we went into the bank paid the last and final bank charges.. and called the credit division from the bank they assured us it would be closed. Why debit again. Completely *********** staff at the credit division. I a pensioner ad dint need this kind of service. I want my money back
