Inappropriate deceit

One has not reveived the appropriate rewards from amounts purchased monthly. The rewards programme is deceiving and inappropriately advertising 5% cash back on fuel. Have all my receipts of having filled fuel at sasol more than R3000 per month and have only received R19 cash back. This is crazy please stop passing the buck. Everymonth absa says the same statement closed. Hello when does cash back get carried forward donot over commit as per pretense marketing. As clients we are not receiving our appropriate cash back.
