Inadequate service

I submitted a claim for a plumbing issue which was processed reasonably quickly. The plumbers assigned to do the job were efficient, however I have had little assistance in terms of the second part of the job which entails repairing the outer wall and tiles in the bathroom as well as refitting the basin. Contractors assigned to do this have been less than adequate stating that they could do the job on the 26/11/2021! Absa has not come back to me regarding this issue. Very disappointing
