*********** in assisting correctly or NOT at all !!!!!

I cant think of a Worse place to deal with!!!! When they want their money, you must pay, BUT when yo need assistance, IF you get hold of someone, they are so *********** doing their job, then you ask: HOW DID THEY GET INTO THAT POSISSION?????? You get transferred one by one, and the phone just keep on ringing, and if they give you contact numbers, the numbers doesn't even exist. If you email them, IF you get a reply, its 5days and more later, and then you just get informed, phone this number(that DOESTN EXIST)

And then you are given a deadline to come back to them if they want something, but you keep on struggling with getting feedback from them, because I personally think the people working there has no idea what they are doing, except not answering the phone's or emails, or just transferring calls......

Luckily I will NEVER have to deal with them again

And me having to put in my cellphone number, DONT PHONE ME O nevermind, you will not do that anyways.
