Impossible to open business account with ABSA in Oudtshoorn

I went to Absa last week to open a business account. I was informed that the business bankers were working from home that day. I went in again today, and was informed that the business bankers were alternating day by day coming in, but that the banker did not come in today. I was given a cell number of the business banker on call to make an appointment, I have called various times, but the phone is on voicemail. I have also sent an sms with no reply. So, should I assume that it is impossible to open a business account with Absa until who knows when? Please let us know when you plan on reopening your business services in Oudtshoorn.
