Impossible to make contact with client service staff at ABSA SANTYGER

ABSA SANTYGER. Went into the bank to invest a fair amount of money. Gave my ID card to be photocopied. It was not returned to me. I am out of town and want to send someone to collect. I have been phoning since Monday to try and find it. The very friendly lady on the switchboard told me that she will sent an email to the relevant department who will contact me. No response. Phoned again and then got direct numbers from 2 staff members. Phoned both several times but never any answer. Left messages but no responses.
