Impossible to give notice for a Fixed Deposit account!

Do not open an Absa Business Fixed Deposit account - as you will never be able to close it! I have been sent between Business Banking and the Savings account department now for endless days. The Call Centres don't have any equipped personnel and hang up after letting you hold the line for 20minutes. And it is not possible to close it online. Unacceptable!!
