Impossible to get original NATIS registration papers from ABSA Vehicle Finance

This morning I tried to phone the ABSA Vehicle Finance division in order to get the original NATIS registration papers of my one car I had financed with them - but which was now paid off, sent to me. What a disaster to try and get this simple request through to them. When calling the AVAF call centre number ***, one has to traverse several menu choices... then you have your identity verified ( which I duly did..... twice via a secure PIN on my phone).... only to be asked eventually to.... "verify my identity" by the service agent... By then I was so irritated and upset by their system failures and incompetence, that after losing my cool, I gave up on this impossible task - to try and get the original NATIS papers for my paid-off car.... Don't put yourself through this unpleasant experience - you will end up with a heart attack...
