Impossible to get hold of personal loan department
It is impossible to get hold of your personal loan department. I phoned multiple times in the last 2 days to follow up on my application, but no one answers. Waisted ALL my airtime and money sitting on hold just to get through to you. Now I can't get hold of anyone. This is pathetic.
