Impossible to get advice or assistance regarding a theft case

I have been trying constantly to seek assistance in order to recover a car that was ****** from me, the car was sold under the term that it would be settled by the dealership that took possession of it. It has now been a year and the settlement is still not paid, after months of back and forth I have still received no help from absa who the car is financed through yet you have the audacity to send me a summons. I am now seeking legal assistance elsewhere and opening a case up against ABSA.
