impossible to communicate with ABSA
absolutely shocking, I have tried to contact HomeLoans department telephonically only to be told I need to email, I have emailed multiple times with not even an automated response, no one has acknowledged my emails and no one seems to want to help me telephonically. I wish I had taken my homeloan business elsewhere, 3rd world service from ABSA
