Impossible to cancel my bond

I've been trying to get cancellation figures for my bond and absa cannot seem to respond to me! I sent an email on 5 September and no one contacted me. I've now just spent 15 mins and just when my call is about to be answered by an agent I got cut off! Case is C-***2 Is for the email to cancel my bond. Can I please get urgent assistance.
