Impossible to cancel ABSA property insurance

I have send numerous emails and calls to ABSA Insurance to cancel my property insurance. A copy of the new policy I took out from the new company has been forwarded. Just no response (besides generic emails for acceptance of the email) and the policy with them is still not confirmed as cancelled. <br> What on earth do a person needs to do to get positive response or any communication from ABSA?<br> <br> <br> <br>
