i had loan with Absa lost my job , advised them i lost my job they hand me over , got another job made arrangements to make payment phone them to give me settlement amount spoke with Agnes she even sent me paid up letter year ago but my name still not cleared, obviously impacts my credit profile,call center agents connects you from one person to the next without solving the problem. have new born baby cant even open account for him.
