Impact to Credit Score

ABSA failed to load a debit order for payment on my Credit Card from my FNB account. The payment was missed due to this. I immediately settled the amount upon receiving the call from ABSA and asked for the debit order to be loaded immediately. This was confirmed on the call as well. Today I see that this has had a negative impact on my credit score. I am being penalized for someone else’s incompetence.
