Immediate payment NOT SO IMMEDIATE!

GOOD DAY,<br> <br> I am sooooo happy I changed from Absa to FNB 4 years ago already! My husband on the other hand still carry on with you guys and had to make a super urgent payment of a lot of many to a car dealership, this was on Friday and IT'S STILL NOT SHOWING!!! He did a immediate payment to their account with FNB and it's not showing - everybody is in a panic as it's a lot of money and he is overseas for work and it now stressed out of his mind. All the the person on the other line tells him is: The money is out of your account, well duh, we know that - but where is it as it was an immediate payment and does not show on FNB!!! WHAT NOW???
