Immediate payment not received at other bank from ABSA

I made an immediate payment from my ABSA to my FNB Account, over an hour ago, after multiple calls between the two banks, my money is still out of ABSA but not at FNB. A Rosalina kept me on the phone for 15 mns holding, only for the call to drop and not call back.
