payment relief???? Mxm! More like “allow us to mess up your credit report and harras you via your work number”.

Ive received confirmation from your *********** consultants on 3 occasions that ive on payment relief. Namely nkosinathi, sanelisiwe/ sanelisiwa.

Then you report to the bureau im missing payments?? So i report it to Debra at absa who assures me it will be fixed and provided a reference number for my query that was escalated. Useless nothing has been done.

Then i spoke to ilene who said my issue is being looked at. And what do you know? Another call on my work number.

Im sick of this appauling Service and then you still charge R600+ for bank charges for this service ?
