Imaginary Money and the spin doctors at ABSA

Dear Absa

Yesterday I received a notification from you with regards to a debit to my account from a regular depositor. ACB CLS : CAR000705. Yesterday you sent me a notification as usual, and because I trusted that you to do the very same thing that you have done with this deposit for the last seven years... ie. deposit it into my bank account I read the message and deleted it.

This morning when I logged into my internet banking that money and that transaction are missing from my banking..... I called you and I sadly got to speak to MORE THAN ONE PERSON who tried to convince me that I had not such a deposit and then rationalize their theory on why the money was missing. I prefer bankers who take me seriously rather than give me excuses and no solutions.

I am not amused.

I want that money in my account as per the message you sent me without a story today please.
