Im tired of ABSA

Two weeks ago I had to open a late estate account for my dad. He had an active account with Absa why they couldnt just use the account and put late estate infront is beyond me. In any case. There is money in the account, so once they close the account I can transfer the money to the late estate account.

They said it takes two weeks. Its the 2nd week now. Another thing that bothering me the account will be put on hold but they are still deducting service fees and a debit order fee.

Im really tired of them who dont even answer you back.
