Im still waiting for proof from Absa

I had a Virgin Money credit card for many years and I always paid my account. Then I get a call from Absa saying that Virgin Money cards are to be discontinued and if I want to switch to absa orjust pay of my debt with virgin. I opted to switch to Absa card as I was promised my payments would remain the same. Then I get this huge bill to say its because I switched and because my debit order bounced. My questions to the agents when was I told about the switching fees and also when I agreed to a debit order...Im still waiting on this proof. Instead I get told my account is in arrears. I dont want this Absa card anymore because I did not sign and take delivery of it. I just wana pay off my original debt with the Virgin Money Card.
