...I'm still waiting

I reported ********** transactions to the ***** department in January this year. The case was ''partially'' resolved in June, keyword partially because the ********** transactions were reversed back into my account but the finance charges weren't. If the transactions were not banked those charges would not have been charged so I'm still waiting for R1512.46 paid back to me. Whilst the matter was ''partially'' resolved I was stalked with calls from attorneys and the collections department and in humiliation I explained my story on repeat... ''this is a pending case with the ***** department ref no. C-***8 I've spoken to everyone Millie Hazel Maphifo Kedibone Rasadi Mzwake Refilwe Diwane Moegamet Caroline Sindi and lastly Michael. i received an email with a ref no. ASZA-2***6 and a promise that I will be contacted within 48 hours and since 24 June that promise was a lie.
