Im so dissapointed very much dissapointed Absa Bank

Still waiting for my money since Dec the 29th 2022. Absa is owing me 2000 rand after a long wait. They be promising to refund me since then.

I went to withdraw the transaction failed as it appeared on the statement that the money has been taken out. I went to the branch to report the matter where they indeed acknowlegded that the money never went out from the atm and yet never reversed. They opened a case for me and promised to refund after the two days investigation. Been following up with them and be telling me stories till today. please helipeter help me get my money back
