I'm ****med by Absa bank

I really have a problem by Absa bank because they are taking the money from my bank account every month for a dead men,and I putted the claim for this for his death and they didn't pay the claim from April,they just continues taking the premium for him,I really don't understand now ,and they are not talking with me or telling me what is happening about the claim,so it's nice when you join them and it's bad when you claim from them ,I'm feeling like I have been ****med here
