I'm opening a case if they don't fix their mess

I closed my account with Absa long time ago, around 2015 I think, I even received a closure letter stating that my loan had been paid upto date,! The last time I tried applying for a loan I was told that I was listed by absa for my loan that still owed R500. 00, I have been sent on a run around by absa back and forth telling me my loan account was long closed and that they can't pick up anything on their side_ I even lost a deal on vehicle finance because of Absa, they must clear my name from ITC or I'm Involving the law!! I've had IT.
