I am really ****ed off. I called call centre now 9:04 about my home loan account. I wanted to get a statement and get my statement sent to my email address. I was told I have failed verification. I have failed verification on truth I have told. I asked a supervisor Themba wanted me to know when I opened the credit card with Nedbank and I don't know when. I need my statement ask me about my account with Absa home loan not stupid random verification. I am not going to rob anyone about this house if you are suspecting *****. I need my statement I do not have time to go to bank I am sorry.
