I'm ao disappointed by Absa

Hi on the 10/02/2023 Time 8:34am I made withdrawal at ATM it never gave me money or receipt even notification I didn't get it I saw when I login my app that the money is gone when I went to branch they didn't help me because I didn't have my original ID j had copy they refused to help I'm so disappointed and I feel Robed, I'm considering to leave this bank they don't care about their customers.
