I'm a very frustrated client, for 3 days now i have been sending emails no feedback and when call several times the phone would ring for more than 10 minutes then goes silent,

Went to the App to retrieve confirmation of cover which MFC requested to be sent to them as proof I still have insurance it is invalid as it does not reflect the date issued only the inception date of the policy.
