ILLEGAN TRANSACTIONS MADE VIA ABSA

If I could give you NO star, I would!!! My husband had an amount debited from is account by a company I know realise ABSA is VERY fami**** with! RCCS BOS JHB! Do ANY of your clients ever get their money back????? For one it apparently CANNOT be reversed and according to reviews from other clients they're told to sort it out themselves! So *** are we supposed to do????? You allow an ******* transaction to take place and then you just what? Shrug your shoulders and say "oh well, not our problem???" What kind of bank is this???? I am DISGUSTED because you claim that our money will be safe and then YOU DO THIS! SHAME ON YOU ABSA! So....you tell me, what are we supposed to do to get our money back????
